Information we collect
When you opt in, ComputerDx collects the mobile number you provide, the date and time of consent, the disclosure version accepted, and limited technical information needed to document and protect the consent process.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide requested conversational, customer-care, service, account, scheduling, project-update, and technical-support messages; maintain consent and opt-out records; prevent abuse; and meet legal or carrier requirements.
No marketing disclosure
Mobile information and SMS consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver the requested messaging service or when legally required. We do not sell mobile information.
Security and retention
Submitted mobile numbers are encrypted at rest. Network identifiers used for abuse prevention are stored as one-way hashes. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to document compliance and honor your preferences.
